Week 2

Thursday was the end of week two on Weight Watchers, but I haven't had time to post til tonight. I lost another 1.6 lbs last week. Still haven't started walking, but I'll try to do that this week.
I tried a few new recipes this week and all turned out yummy.

We spend a few days in Myrtle beach so I don't know how this week will go for weight loss. :( We'll just have to wait and see.

My motivation is good so that's a big plus!

I'm Going to Do it!



Well, this is the end of my first week on Weight Watchers. I lost 3.6 lbs! Yay for me!! It was tough getting started this week. It's amazing when you start checking calories (Points) for your favorite foods just how high they can be! So the first few days I didn't do so well, but after I had time to do some planning and grocery shopping things got a little easier. I have a freezer full of healthy meats and veggies and now I just need to weed through some things in the pantry.
I tried some new recipes this week. My favorite was Shrimp Pineapple Fried Rice--very tasty.
Now I need to incorporate some exercise:( That will be even harder to start, but I know my body definitely needs it to be healthy.
